Power Up with Green Smoothie!

Confession time, friends: I went totally overboard with the sugar, booze, and processed food over the long weekend holidays in January holidays. February seems to still be boring to give up my junk binging. I’m really ready to get back to feeling like myself and this smoothie is one of my favourite ways to get on track after a celebration binge. This mix hydrates and restores vital nutrients that I missed while making a dinner of cookies and champagne. Do not be afraid of this smoothie! Even though it looks scary, I promise you can’t taste the spinach. The end result is a smooth, creamy, delicious smoothie. Bonus: you just feel healthier while drinking something green. It’s a fact.
